David Chaum, creator of eCash in 1982, introduced his latest project, Elixxir.Chaum said his latest project, Elixxir ,addressed the shortcomings in speed which currently prevent blockchain-based assets such as Bitcoin scaling quickly.What do you think about Elixxir?
